Elkonin

The ELKONIN project is a 38-room hotel located in the heart of the historic Neve Tzedek district in Tel Aviv. Designed as a boutique hotel operated by the Accor group, this establishment combines elegance and comfort in a unique setting where history meets modernity.
We were responsible for the entire design process, from the renovation of the common areas to the creation of private spaces. The common areas were carefully renovated to preserve the charm and authenticity of the historic building while adding a contemporary touch. The rooms, both functional and minimalist, offer a calming and refined atmosphere, highlighting high-quality materials and a clean design.
The hotel also features an elegant restaurant and a Clarins spa, providing guests with a place to relax and rejuvenate. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to offer a high-end and personalized experience, making ELKONIN a preferred destination for travelers seeking modern comfort within a historic setting.
